General Update 9.21.2023- ANNUAL MILL CLOSURE 2023
Greetings!
A few updates:
1) I am working on a Mill order to restock some twists by the foot. If you are in search of any specific twists, please respond to this email to let me know which ones and I will do my best to add it to the list. Reminder: if you don't let me know what you are looking for, I have no idea what to restock and I do try very hard to listen to suggestions :) If you are ever in need of a refresher as to which twists are stocked vs. limited edition, here is a link to a page on our website that gives a breakdown. I try to keep it up to date but if you don't see what you are looking for just shoot me an email and I'd be happy to help you! (https://www.
2) ANNUAL MILL CLOSURE: As a reminder for those of you who order bulk cord-- the mill does close mid-December for a month every year. The order cutoff this year is October 31st at 5pm MST to receive rolls/cones in 2023. After the cutoff date, I will take the bulk listings down from the website so no new orders can be placed in November/December 2023. Bulk orders will open back up on January 1, 2024 and I will reactivate the listings so you can place your orders through the website. If your items are on our first mill order of the year in 2024, we have an estimated delivery date slated for end of February/beginning of March 2024.
3) We've had a few bobbles lately with auto-fill on web orders so PLEASE double check shipping addresses on your end when you place an order. I don't know where everyone lives so it's impossible for me to know when an address is correct vs. incorrect. Luckily, we've been able to sort out all of the issues and recover the packages but PLEASE double check your shipping address before you submit your order :)
4) I have ONE full bulk cone of Bright Orange 2 ply that is on super sale... $75 plus shipping takes it. First come, first served! Message me if you want it and I can send a manual invoice (It is NOT listed on the website- you have to send me an email or respond to this email to claim it)
Thank you all and we hope you have a wonderful fall!
Tracy (and Dana)
